Who is responsible
Gstaad Tutoring is a trading name of Conradical Sàrl. Conradical Sàrl is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Privacy enquiries may be sent to jocelyn@gstaadtutoring.ch.
What we collect
When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, message, language choice and submission time. A course-interest form may also include each participant’s first name, optional age, the availability windows you select and any optional additional information you provide. We do not ask for payment information, passwords or medical information.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data only to understand your request, contact you, plan suitable tutoring or courses, keep an internal record of our conversation, protect our forms from abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Services and recipients
The website and enquiry records are hosted with Firebase and Google Cloud. Transactional messages are delivered through SendGrid. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics 4 receives usage information according to your consent choice. These providers process information for us under their service terms and may operate infrastructure outside Switzerland.
Cookies and analytics
The language and analytics choices are stored in your browser. Google Analytics is not loaded unless you choose “Allow analytics”. You can clear or change this preference through your browser storage; declining analytics does not reduce the site’s functionality.
Retention and security
Enquiries are retained until they are no longer needed for the relationship or you request deletion. They are deleted manually by authorised administrators. Short-lived anti-abuse records and delivery records may be removed earlier. Access is limited to approved Google accounts and the service providers needed to operate the site.
Your choices and rights
You may ask whether we hold personal data about you or another participant and request access, correction or deletion. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent for analytics. Contact us at the address above. We may need to verify that a request is genuine before acting on it.
Changes
We update this notice when our services or data practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
